It was by chance that our next appointment we were seen by Dr. Cates. It was after this visit, we decided she was the dentist for us. He loves the doctor but was rather nervous about the process. She took the time to explain the tools used, what everything would feel like, and answer his questions. She then talked him through each step and comforted his nerves all along the way. He left with a numb mouth and a new filling but, more importantly, he left still loving his dentist and asking when was the next time he would get to see her. Just wow!
